If you are washing up or gardening, wear gloves.
Do avoid bleach and any other chemicals
Do apply cuticle oil twice per day for ultimate nourishment. It is enriched with oils to rehydrate and condition the natural nail plate and will not cause any lifting to your product.
Do not peel, pick or bite acrylics or gel polish as doing this will damage or weaken your natural nails.
Your nails have been applied by a professional, for the best care they should also be removed by a professional.
Avoid S.P.F. products, tinted lotions and hair colour on your nails as they can discolour the product. Always wash hands thoroughly after use or wear gloves.
Book your next appointment for 2-3 weeks time to avoid disappointment.
If you have caught or broken a nail, please make an appointment for a repair.
Finally, take care of your nails! They are not indestructible, but by keeping to these points you can ensure your gel polish or acrylic will stay fresh longer.
