For the team here at Elegant Beauty Clinic, following a comprehensive skincare routine is a great way to help us feel good about ourselves, ensure that we are giving our skin what it needs to stay beautiful, and also implicate a much-needed form of self care.

Many of us are taking this time to relax our beauty routines — hands up if your tracksuit bottoms are seeing more wear than ever, you haven’t touched your hair straighteners, and makeup is a thing of the past? Whilst slowing down and taking it easy for a while is probably doing us all the world of good, it’s important to remember that our skin does require attention to keep it healthy and looking flawless.

You may believe that keeping makeup-free is a free pass to skipping your cleansing routine every once in a while, however your foundation brush taking a well-earned holiday doesn’t mean that your skin doesn’t deserve TLC! Peels & Exfoliation

Missing popping into the clinic for your skin peels with Shikha? Home peels and exfoliating products are the best way to replicate those glowing, smooth results at home. We recommend using an exfoliating product once or twice a week, however this can vary depending on your skin type. We are happy to provide you with personalised advice upon request!

Alumier MD Enzymatic Peel

A highly effective exfoliator with 10% lactic acid from fruit enzymes to exfoliate dead skin cells and promote skin renewal, minimizing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. After cleansing in the evening, apply an even layer over entire face, neck and décolleté. Leave on for 3-5 minutes and remove by rinsing thoroughly with warm water.

Alumier MD Lotus Scrub

An even and gentle exfoliant with natural and biodegradable lotus seed powder and microcrystalline cellulose. Moisten face with lukewarm water and apply a small amount of scrub with fingertips, gently massaging in a circular motion for one minute. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Zo Skin Health Exfoliating Polish

Instantly polishes skin with magnesium crystals to restore a smoother texture and healthy glow, and removes dead skin cells to prevent clogged pores. Gently massage a small amount on a damp face and neck before rinsing thoroughly.

Zo Skin Health Exfoliation Accelerator

A glycolic and lactic acid complex that provides gentle, yet effective exfoliation of dead skin cells helping to increase cell regeneration and prevent further damage. Apply to cleansed, dry skin.

Zo Skin Health Enzymatic Peel

An at-home peel formulated to create a softer, brighter skin appearance by smoothing uneven and rough textures, rejuvenating dull looking skin and combatting visible signs of sun damage. Apply to clean, dry skin and leave on for 1-3 hours. Rinse if desired.
